ICIF, Costigliole d’Asti (AT), Italy
We are pleased to announce the collaboration of BRESSAN winery with ICIF – Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners – a prestigious professional school of Italian food, wine and cousine for foreign Chefs.
On 13th May 2009 there was a lesson at ICIF dedicated to 20 Japanese Chefs on BRESSAN SCHIOPPETTINO 2004 and BRESSAN PIGNOL 1999 matching Lamb Carrè with aromatic herbs.
Lesson was guided by Mr. Giancarlo Lercara – ICIF Head Sommelier and
Fulvio L. Bressan – the owner of BRESSAN winery.
